We are proud to announce that we offer QDP (Quality Dental Plan) in our dental office. QDP is an annual reduced-fee savings plan for families and individuals that allows all QDP Members to receive quality dental services at greatly reduced prices. Unlike conventional insurance plans, with QDP there are no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods to begin treatment. QDP benefits coverage begins immediately on plan registration.

A QDP Membership is an annual fee of $75.00 for each adult... and only $60.00 for children 18 years old and younger. All QDP Membership fees are due and payable at the time of registration and are non-refundable when services have been provided. Plan duration is for one year from registration date. All patient portions for services received are due at time of services in order to receive QDP benefits.

• 50% off preventive and diagnostic services, such as exams, routine cleanings, and x-rays
• 20% off most basic and major services, such as fillings, extractions, periodontal services, crowns, bridges, partials, and dentures; exception of 35% off for periodontal maintenance cleanings.
• 10% off implant services
